Great Higham Oast is a beautifully renovated Oast House which is of historical interest containing within later brick walls the wooden frame rock work of a very early and rare rectangular oast house.  Great effort has been made to retain the house's character and there is a bespoke oak and granite kitchen and traditional tiled floor. The original drying floor, golden brown with smoke, now forms the ceiling of one of the bedrooms, which is equipped with a wood fire stove and a huge supply of wood. 

The Oast House, which sleeps 10, is spacious and light with a wonderful open plan kitchen, dining and living space with doors onto the sunny south facing patio surrounded by box and lavender.

The accommodation on the Torry Hill estate consists of one double bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedrooms and a family room. There is a sofa bed in the living room if further accommodation is needed.
